What you get

How it works in nocargo

1

A status timeline on every order

Picked up, in transit, out for delivery, delivered or an exception, with the time and a note.

2

Proof of delivery on the order

The carrier uploads the signed CMR or a POD photo. It stays with the order for invoicing and claims.

3

A public tracking link for the consignee

Share a no-login page that shows the status timeline and POD, but never your price.

4

Email updates for the delivery contact

Let the delivery contact get an email when the status changes.

5

Orders board by status

See what waits for a price, what is booked and what is on the road today.

6

Your logo on the tracking page

Brand the page your customers see with your own logo.

Do carriers need an app to update the status?

No. They use the same private link from their email, on a phone or a computer.

Does my customer see the price?

No. The consignee tracking page shows the status timeline and the proof of delivery only.

Can a carrier system post tracking automatically?

Yes. A carrier can get a restricted API token that only posts tracking on orders booked with that carrier.
