How a freight booking works in nocargo, from order to delivery

    Create the transport order

    Choose the pickup and delivery from your address book or type a new one. Add several stops if you need to. Pick goods from your presets, and nocargo adds up the LDM and weight. Mark ADR, temperature control or insurance, and attach a packing list.

    Get instant prices from your price lists

    If you uploaded a carrier's price list, the price appears at once. nocargo applies the weight, LDM or pallet bracket, the zone by country, postcode or city, and the fuel surcharge.

    Ask your carriers for a price by email

    For a spot price, pick the carriers and press Ask for price. Each one gets an email with the order and a private link. They type a price on the link or simply reply, and the AI suggests the price from the reply for you to confirm.

    Every offer appears on the order with price, transit time and notes. Chat with a carrier on the order and share files. Book the best one, and the other requests are archived for you.
