Terms of service

RZ OÜ is an Estonian private limited company (OÜ), registry code 14255749, not registered for VAT. The contract is with that company.

nocargo is a tool for businesses. The customer confirms they are acting in a commercial capacity. The service is not offered to consumers. Checkout is refused without a company country. There is no consumer withdrawal flow.

The service lets the shipper send orders to carriers the shipper added. nocargo does not provide carriage and is not a carrier or a freight forwarder.

The owner is responsible for members they invite and for what those members do in the account.

Plans, the 14-day trial, and fees are stated on the pricing page, together with any VAT that applies. A card is collected when the trial starts. The trial length is 14 days from the moment Checkout completes. Cancel anytime. There is no setup fee.

The customer must have a lawful basis for the personal data they upload, including carrier and receiver contacts.

Acceptable use is a separate document and is part of these terms.

We may suspend the account for non-payment after the grace period, and for abuse. We email the owner when we suspend for abuse.

Liability is capped at the fees paid in the previous 12 months, except where Estonian law does not allow a cap, including intent, death, and personal injury. The cap is not zero.

Governing law is Estonia. The courts of Harju County have jurisdiction after the parties try to resolve the dispute by email.

We email the owner 30 days before a material change to these terms. Continued use after that date is acceptance. Price changes follow the same notice and apply on the next renewal.
