Refunds and cancellation

Cancel anytime in the billing portal. The subscription does not renew. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

The 14-day trial is not charged if you cancel before it ends. The card is still collected at the start so Stripe can charge when the trial ends.

There is no setup fee.

Monthly plans: no partial-month refund after a renewal charge, because the period is the unit you bought.

Annual plans: the same rule applies. You can cancel at any time and access continues until the end of the annual period already paid. There are no partial or pro-rata refunds.

Where VAT was charged, it is refunded together with the fee it was charged on, via a Stripe credit note.

The seller is RZ OÜ, registry code 14255749, not registered for VAT.
